His extensive experience in project planning, research, and administration with well-known organizations like VSO, JICA, and UNHCR reflects his unwavering commitment to driving meaningful change.
As a strong advocate for volunteerism, Ali has mentored and empowered many young Africans through his involvement with VSO, United Nations Volunteers, and "Africademics." During his studies at the United Nations University Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability (UNU-IAS), he focused on overcoming obstacles in renewable energy development and exploring the intricate connections between solar PV adoption and local economic growth.

Mohamed Ally Ndule
Research Director

Mohamed Ally Ndule is a seasoned and highly versatile data scientist-cum-data architect, statistician, and business intelligence professional with key expertise in statistics, research, monitoring, and evaluation, data analytics, accountability and collaborating, learning, and adapting. Over seven years’ cumulative field experience working in NGOs and research companies including Ontop Holding Inc and the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). I am currently practicing data analytics, research, monitoring, and evaluation in a challenging environment with a high level of multicultural awareness and adaptability.
He has more than 6 years of experience in running sustainable agriculture projects, environmental and biodiversity conservation, research and development assistance, governance, accountability, and sexual reproductive health combined with broad experience in evaluation and assessment work.

Godfrey B. Namoto
Legal and Brand Protection Director
Godfrey B. Namoto is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and all subordinate courts thereto. He holds a Masters Degree (LLM) in Taxation from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Bachelor Degree in Laws (LLB) from Kampala International University, Kampala, Uganda. As a legal practitioner, he has a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala, Uganda. Currently, he is a practicing member of the Tanganyika Law Society.
He has accumulated a combined experience of more than 10 years in the legal field, having served in the judiciary and now as a private practitioner. In the judiciary, he served as a resident magistrate for over five years, thus amassing invaluable experience and skills that put him at an advantage when it comes to understanding and finding effective solutions for clients’ problems through the available avenues in our legal system.
Godfrey B. Namoto is also an experienced trademark paralegal, offering extensive legal skills in patent prosecution, copyright, and trademark filing, along with PCT applications. He is a knowledgeable resource committed to finding answers and working with clients and interdepartmental personnel. Mohamed Issa Mdemu
Project Accountant

Mohamed Mdemu is a detail-oriented project accountant with over ten years of experience in a variety of key industries. Excelled at forecasting projects that helped companies lead their operations to success over a measurable period of time. Skilled in reporting methods and supporting players and managers from coordinating departments. Impressive knowledge of proper accounting procedures with an above-average ability to communicate with other employees, managers, clients, and other project-related personnel.
His key responsibilities at GCP include:
• Monitoring and coordinating project information as it relates to the finances of the company both before, during, and after bringing projects to completion;
• Creating earnings and revenue reports to identify areas for improvement as well as errors that can be avoided in the future;
• Oversee project setup completion in the accounts system to ensure seamless financial operations throughout the duration of every project;
• Coordinating with project managers to ensure all documentation was financially sound and orders were complete;
• Maintaining diligent records of projects, including regular billing, expenses, and other documents in electronic format whenever possible; and
• Analyzing project profitability and reporting findings in electronic format to management.

Sadiki Kibazo

Having worked with organizations such as African Reflections Foundation, TanzPro Green Limited, and Pure Love in Giving, Sadiki has developed strong skills in financial planning, grant management, and project implementation. His experience extends to research and data analysis, having served as a Research Logistics Assistant at Global Collaboration Partners Ltd, where he worked with tools such as ODK, KoboToolbox, IBM SPSS, and Excel for data collection and analysis.
Sadiki’s passion for climate action has led him to participate in global forums, including COP28 in Dubai, where he engaged with international stakeholders on climate finance and adaptation strategies. His deep understanding of sustainable development and financial strategy enables him to bridge the gap between economic growth and environmental resilience.
By leveraging his expertise and commitment to sustainable finance, Sadiki continues to champion initiatives that foster inclusive economic development, climate resilience, and financial sustainability for communities across Tanzania and beyond.
